Welcome to the June edition of "Fuse", the latest graduate industry news and articles.
It seems like it was only yesterday that the year had started! We were all getting ready to launch marketing campaigns and starting to plan the career fair journey. We had all been discussing the financial environment and the impact, unaware of this thing called the "swine flu" that was on its way to potentially side track our thoughts away from the financial environment!
Over the past couple of months it has been exciting to be involved with employers forging ahead and strengthening their graduate value proposition. Unfortunately, there have also been organisations that have had to stall or reduce their graduate intakes. What is encouraging is the level of interest from both the existing and new employers entering the graduate market and their interest in creating innovative ways to navigate through this changing landscape.
