    - Have you identified your key measurables?

  7. Incorporate online testing into your application and selection process?
    - These must be aligned to your organisations competencies and cultural requirements?

  8. Organise your phone screen and assessment centre design and delivery now!

  9. Plan for your process to include reference and probity checks now!
