Welcome to the POST 2011 AAGE Conference edition of Fuse.

What an amazing 3 days it was in Sydney last week with 400 delegates representing the Graduate Industry gathering to network, share and socialise at the 2011 AAGE Conference. If the attached photos are anything to go by fun was had by all!

Credit must go to the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) , CEO Ben Reeves and Chairman Paul Russell and the entire committee for putting on an amazing event. The energy and enthusiasm amongst delegates and suppliers was electric at the 3 day Expo, Social Evening, Blue Carpet Entry & Gala Awards Dinner.

The conference was underpinned by a high level of energy shown by delegates and an insatiable appetite for information, innovation and the opportunity to network. There is a clear increase in the number of graduate managers, employers and this equates to more graduate positions in the market place.
