David Cvetkovski (Director)(Founder)

David is a Talent Management thought leader having held a diverse range of Talent, Recruitment and Graduate Management positions with Ford Australia and NAB. David has also served as a Director and committee member on the board of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) for 6 years. In 2008 he pulled together a range of industry experts together to launch Fusion (GMS) that specialises in leading edge end to end graduate management solutions.

From 2006 – 2008, David was responsible for building NAB's award winning Leadership and Talent proposition. The objective of the strategy was to create a future talent pipeline for the organisation across Australia and Asia Pacific.  

Previously David worked for Ford Motor Company of Australia over a 14 year period that saw him work in a number of industrial relations, workcover, OH&S and recruitment related roles.

The Australian Association of Graduate Employers recognised David's efforts with young talent, by rewarding his work over successive years with 5 industry awards including the Will Spensley Memorial Award for Innovation in the Graduate Industry.

Paula Gepp (Director)

Paula is a HR professional with over 7 years experience in the Graduate Industry, both in Australia and overseas. With a strong focus on assessment and selection, Paula works with closely with clients to ensure best practice methodologies for the attraction, selection and retention of key graduate talent.

Paula has worked in variety of industries with Accenture UK, Barclays Bank and British Airways. Most recently, Paula was the National Manager for the NAB Graduate Program and took responsibility for the strategy and delivery of the complete graduate lifecycle from attraction through to talent management.

Paula’s key capabilities are in leveraging her expertise to develop innovative and customised graduate management solutions that are sustainable and measureable for each client.

Rohan Holland (Director - Strategy & Innovation)

Rohan is renowned in the Australian HR and Graduate Industries as a graduate recruitment and development innovator. Rohan is also sought after as an Industry speaker.

With over 12 years experience in managing graduate programs and professional resourcing roles in small consultancies through to large multi-national organisations, Rohan has worked throughout Australia and abroad.

Rohan’s passion is to design and deliver innovate graduate program strategies whilst empowering graduates and students to realise their career goals.

He has done so at organisations including BP, BHP Billiton & WMC Resources and spent two years in a strategic sourcing manager role in London. Rohan holds a post-graduate qualification in HRM and has previously served the AAGE as both a committee member and director.

Rohan is the Inaugural Winner of the Will Spensley Memorial Innovation Award and in 2011 was inducted into the AAGE Hall of Fame as only the 3rd person to be inducted in over 20 years.

Melanie Schilling (Talent & Assessment Manager)

Melanie has recently returned from the Middle East and has worked as an Organisational Development Consultant specialising in Talent Management and Assessment.

An Australian registered psychologist with a wealth of experience in the organisational arena, Melanie works closely with key clients to maximise the potential of their talent. She has over 10 years experience in the field of organisational psychology and human performance, and has developed and implemented assessment and development methodologies for a wide variety of clients across the Asia Pacific and Gulf Regions. Her experience spans across industries such as banking and financial services, mining, retail, technology and media. She has enjoyed opportunities to work with high profile clients such as Ernst & Young, National Australia Bank, BHP Billiton, Merck Serono, Coles Myer, Sinclair Knight Mertz and Dubai Health Care City.

Her key capabilities relate to assessing and developing talent within organisations.  Drawing on her psychological skills and consulting experience, Melanie uses psychometric and behavioural data to uncover untapped talent and create stimulating development journeys.  Melanie has extensive experience with assessment centre design and facilitation, psychometric assessment, job and competency profiling, coaching, corporate training, behavioural interviewing, outplacement counselling, group mediation and facilitation of focus groups.

Melanie's credentials as a psychologist ensure that her projects are executed in an ethical manner and adhere to a high level of rigor. Underlying her methodologies are the principals of validity, reliability, confidentiality and consent.  Her credentials include:

Scott Carlon-Tozer (National Manager, Learning & Development)

As National Manager – Learning & Development, Scott works closely with our clients building end to end people solutions that provide impact and add value.

In his role, Scott sees first hand the challenges our clients face with leadership and talent issues and works closely with them to develop innovative, long lasting solutions with demonstrable return on investment. These companies include National Australia Bank, GE, Country Energy, AGL, SunRice, Visy Industries, Costa Group, Mondial Assistance and World Vision. As an integral member of our team, Scott is also able to draw on the collective expertise of our facilitators to ensure all interventions are developed and delivered by experts in their field.

Scott's career revolved around roles in Investment Banking. These were as varied as trading foreign exchange, options and money market derivatives to leading Corporate Sales teams and as Vic/SA/Tas Manager for an online trading platform. His last 3 roles were specifically created to harness his talents in transforming underperforming or new teams in to high performing teams exceeding targets.

To ensure Scott is accountable in his Relationship Management role, he also facilitates a number of development programs and delivers a range of keynote speeches. Scott's style is relaxed and he is able to build instant rapport with a group. His experience and style enables him to challenge participants to question norms and develop their own innovative solutions to problems faced.

Kate Easy (Graduate Programs Manager - Academy)

As a qualified psychologist, Kate's career has seen her gain experience in both corporate and government sectors in Australia and the UK. Her most recent role saw her responsible for the program management and delivery of an enterprise wide talent strategy for a major financial institution.

As a Gen Y graduate herself, Kate's strength is in building rapport with graduate audiences and bringing a room to life with her infectious personality and highly energetic facilitation style.

Kate is able to deliver true behavioural change with graduates by empowering them to take control of their new career. With a proven track record of building effective relationships and delivering effective outcomes Kate has an exceptional ability to build partnerships with clients that drive development program success.
